8.02.210 FIELD RETURN FEE (County § 6.04.210).

A fee shall be charged for any animal impounded by an Animal Control Officer and returned by the officer in the field to the owner or person who has custody of the animal. The fee charged shall be paid by the owner or person who has custody of the animal. Such fee shall be set forth in section 8.02.290.
