8.02.002 ADOPTION OF SAN MATEO COUNTY'S "ANIMAL CONTROL" ORDINANCE.

Section 6.04.010 through 6.04.330 of the San Mateo County Ordinance Code (Animal Control Ordinance), as they were in existence or adopted by the County on September 20, 2005, are referred to, adopted and made applicable within the City and made a part of this Code, except as specifically otherwise provided in this chapter. Amendments thereto shall be adopted by the City in accordance with procedures for adoption of amendments to ordinances.
