27.79.030 APPLICABILITY.

The provisions of this chapter apply to residential uses that will be used by a person with disabilities. In order to make specific housing available to a person with disabilities, any person may request a reasonable accommodation, or exception to the City's zoning code regulations, in accordance with this chapter.
