27.22.020 SPECIAL USES.

Unless otherwise provided, the following uses may be allowed if a special use permit is approved:

(a) Any special use permitted in the R1 and R2 districts;

(b) Bed and breakfast inns;

(c) Boarding and lodging houses with a five person limitation;

(d) Convalescent homes, rest homes, nursing homes; limited to the housing of not more than six (6) persons in addition to the owner or manager and family;

(e) Residential care facility serving seven (7) or more persons in addition to the caregiver, and conforming with the provisions of Chapter 27.27;

(f) Day care centers.
